Pittsburg Wrestling's Flamingo Flocking Fundraiser is the perfect way to spread smiles, laughter, and community spirit—all while helping our student-athletes reach their goals!
What is Flamingo Flocking?
Flamingo Flocking is a lighthearted fundraising tradition where our team secretly "flocks" a yard by placing a colorful flock of bright pink flamingos overnight.
The next morning, the recipient wakes up to discover they've been FLOCKED! 🦩🦩🦩
Along with the flock, they'll receive a sign explaining that they've been visited by Pittsburg Wrestling and have two fun options:
- Keep the fun going by making a donation and selecting the next yard to be flocked.
- Choose Flocking Insurance to help protect their lawn from future flocks for the remainder of the fundraiser.
It's a fun community event that's guaranteed to bring smiles, laughter, and plenty of neighborhood conversations!
Why We're Fundraising
Pittsburg Wrestling is committed to providing our athletes with opportunities to compete against some of the nation's toughest competition.
Our wrestlers have an opportunity to travel from California to Pennsylvania for elite preseason tournaments held in September and October. These events allow our athletes to gain valuable experience while preparing for league competition and the postseason.
Funds raised will also help support:
- Travel expenses for preseason tournaments
- Hotel accommodations
- Transportation costs
- Team travel expenses
- March postseason travel tournaments
- California State Championship tournament entry fees (Freestyle, Folkstyle, Greco)
- Opportunities that help our athletes compete at the highest level
Every donation directly helps reduce the financial burden on our wrestling families while giving our athletes the opportunity to compete against the very best.
